PANTHERA CRICKET CLUB

Panthera Cricket Club was founded in 2018 by Raghu Sivaji and Bhuvanesh with a simple vision—to bring together cricket enthusiasts driven by passion and the joy of the game. What began as a small group of friends has grown into a close-knit and diverse club, bringing together players primarily from the Indian Tamil and Telugu-speaking communities. In 2019, the club took a major step forward by joining the Mississauga Cricket League (MCL), marking its transition into competitive cricket. Starting with just 11 players, Panthera Cricket Club has expanded significantly and now proudly consists of over 60 active members, with many more set to join. Today, the club fields four teams in the Mississauga Cricket League, one team in the Ajax Cricket League, and one team in the Hamilton Cricket League—reflecting its strong foundation, growing talent pool, and commitment to providing competitive opportunities. Supported by its valued sponsors, Advantage Car & Truck Rentals and Digital Shovel, Panthera Cricket Club continues to thrive as a community-driven organization built on teamwork, inclusivity, and a deep love for cricket 🏏.
